REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

  • For orders not yet dispatched, a 10% cancellation or restocking fee applies if more than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted after the 14-day period.
  • For orders already dispatched or delivered, a 30% restocking fee applies for returns made within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Restocking fees are waived only for defective products upon arrival.
  • Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Depending on your location, we may provide a return shipping label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We aim to make every return process fair and transparent while protecting the quality and exclusivity of our collections.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY POLICY

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Due to the nature of our products, the cost of return shipping often exceeds the item’s value. In cases where a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it on time, the shipping company may dispose of the goods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Mode Chase is not liable for losses or replacements arising from incorrect address input or missed delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth delivery.

POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL

Every Mode Chase products are carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If your item arrives defective, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, without modifications or tampering.
  • If the packaging is damaged during transit, we can offer a free replacement upon receiving photo evidence of the damage.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping of defective items. A replacement will be sent once the return is confirmed.

Each case is handled individually to provide the best resolution possible.
Mode Chase reserves the right to grant or deny refunds and to make the final decision in cases where fraudulent or abusive claims are suspected.
